Under Lala Palms
This is one of my first more abstract pieces focussing on the indescribable feeling of an African Sunset - warm oranges and earthy magentas swirling around a bright sun. Using a mix of flowing watercolors, thick pastels, and cut-out paper and letting the Lala palms and giraffes anchor the abstraction in a world we know evokes a sense of a moment too big for words.
But this piece is also celebration of the "edge"—that place where you don't know exactly where you're going, but you trust your feelings enough to move forward. Inspired by the indescribable warmth of the African sun, the painting began with a struggle: I was obsessed with adding leopards, but the painting said no. That bold, bright orange circle changed everything, shifting the focus to giraffes and the swaying Lala palms.

What is a Premium Fine Art print?

Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS
The policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Commissions and artwork on sale are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your return. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item with a trackable shipping service and please consider using an insurance as well.
I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item or that you will get a full refund as stated above.
